In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed promptly. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Track and document customer interactions in the company’s system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback to the management team for improving customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
