About the Role
Reboot Staff is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role combines data management and client interaction to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information in company databases and systems.
- Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Documentation: Create and manage reports, records, and other documentation as required.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
