Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on administrative and operational tasks that enhance the company’s marketing efforts, including event planning, content coordination, and stakeholder communications.
Salary:$24.50 - $32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and printed collateral.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize content for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to team members and partners.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to showcase marketing performance and impact.
- Maintain a centralized database for marketing assets and ensure easy access for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.
