We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant who will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions. This role is vital to maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring that our clients have a smooth experience with Story Lane Box. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring they have all the support they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product issues, inquiries, and troubleshooting, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure resolution of complex issues.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied by addressing concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the team to help improve products and services.
  • Manage and prioritize customer requests, ensuring they are addressed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
