Sociaxe is seeking a talented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will manage internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and fostering engagement across various channels. You will play a vital part in planning and executing strategies that align with our company goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Coordinate and manage communication calendars to ensure timely delivery of key messages.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align communication efforts with company objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze communication efforts to improve effectiveness and impact.
  • Maintain and update company communication templates and resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role is a plus.
