We are seeking a personable and organized Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing daily office operations. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding service will be essential to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to maintain efficient office operations.
