Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll work closely with our account management team to develop strategies, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of Swift 7 Consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute client strategies and deliverables.
• Track client performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
