Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or management as necessary.
