We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing client campaigns, coordinating media relations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing effective public relations strategies and fostering positive relationships with media outlets, clients, and the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing public relations campaigns.
  • Draft press releases, pitches, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate with media outlets to schedule interviews, press events, and coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
