Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to oversee and enhance our internal and external communication strategies. You will play a vital role in ensuring clear and effective messaging across multiple platforms, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the overall communication needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, press releases, and company announcements.
• Coordinate and manage communication schedules, ensuring timely delivery of messages.
• Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency in all communications.
• Track and analyze communication metrics to improve engagement and outreach.
• Serve as the main point of contact for communication inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
• Previous experience in a communications role is preferred.
