We are looking for a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Nexmos Design. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with problem-solving, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through the ordering process.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback.
  • Assist with special projects and other customer service-related tasks as needed.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
