We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will support our PR team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, media outlets, and the public. Your efforts will contribute to promoting Nexmos Design's brand and reputation while helping us achieve our communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Research and maintain media contact lists and track coverage.
  • Support event planning and execution, including press conferences and community events.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve PR strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a public relations role is a plus but not required.
