Story Lane Box is looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
