Sociaxe is seeking an organized and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will ensure a welcoming experience, manage front desk operations efficiently, and provide administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office area.
- Provide basic information about company services and policies.
- Support other departments with occasional tasks and projects.
