We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team at Sphirea Plus. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about communication and building relationships. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support our PR team in managing communications, press materials, and maintaining a positive image for our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Help organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and media outreach activities.
- Maintain and update media contact lists.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR campaigns’ effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Respond to media inquiries and handle press requests.
- Support the development and execution of public relations strategies.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft clear and engaging press materials.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in PR, communications, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for design and an understanding of branding is preferred.
