Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist in the execution of campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activity.
  • Help create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and meetings.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, records, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRMs or email platforms is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
