You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical or service-related issues.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
