Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our sales team at Nexmos Design in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, develop new business relationships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials and proposals.
• Maintain and update client records and sales data in our CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in providing information about products and services.
• Participate in lead generation efforts and research potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
• Support sales initiatives and participate in sales calls and meetings when needed.
