You will be the front line of our communication with clients and will work to ensure each interaction is positive and solutions-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing effective solutions.
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are addressed.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of our products.
