Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our team at Bela Brand Bat in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the brand's marketing initiatives, executing strategic campaigns, and increasing brand visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and effectively reach our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Bela Brand Bat products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (email, print, events, etc.).
• Track and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
• Coordinate and manage events and product launches to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and external vendors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
