Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage client accounts, including order processing, updates, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
