Every Word is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled effectively and efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and provide additional support if needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred but not required.
