Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role involves coordinating messaging, creating engaging content, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a passion for effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging communication materials (emails, newsletters, memos, reports).
• Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure company updates reach employees effectively.
• Assist in creating content for presentations, corporate materials, and press releases.
• Collaborate with departments to align messaging with company goals.
• Organize and support communication-related events, meetings, and campaigns.
• Monitor communication strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role is a plus.
