As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.50 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
