Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our Austin, TX team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Assist with client onboarding and provide necessary support throughout the process.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
