Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating databases, and tracking client interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and excellent communication.
- Identify potential customers and support lead generation efforts.
- Provide product information and assist clients with inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to better support sales efforts.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
