As a Communications Agent at SharpContra, you will be responsible for managing and improving the communication flow between the company and its clients. Your role will focus on enhancing client relations, ensuring clear and effective messaging, and supporting the team with various communication tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and ensure clear communication of company services and updates.
  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate internal and external messages.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing support.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and calls.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the company's values and standards

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in communications or customer service is a plus.
