We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our Philadelphia team. In this role, you will work closely with our account managers to build strong client relationships, support account operations, and help achieve company objectives. This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers in maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of account management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
