We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating office activities, maintaining schedules, assisting with client communication, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as necessary
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of documents for clients and internal team meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Perform general office duties to support the management team
- Provide support in the development and execution of company policies and procedures
- Assist with client relations and communication as needed
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
