As a Communications Coordinator at Property Soar, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's internal and external communications, ensuring that all messaging is clear, cohesive, and aligned with our brand values. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop content that supports business goals, engages audiences, and promotes the company’s mission. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in shaping how Property Soar communicates with the public.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with company goals and values.
- Create and edit content for press releases, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate media relations, including drafting press materials and handling inquiries.
- Manage company communication efforts for events, product launches, and other key initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (excluding social media).
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with media, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt tone and style to various audiences.
- Experience with creating content for press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Knowledge of communication strategies and media relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
