Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
- Maintain relationships with local and national media outlets.
- Coordinate and organize events such as property showcases, community outreach programs, and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Manage and update the company’s media contact database.
