We are seeking a Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role is pivotal in ensuring clear, effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. You will act as the bridge between various parties, managing inquiries, delivering information, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate communications between internal departments to facilitate seamless processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication logs.
• Prepare and distribute clear and concise reports, updates, and announcements.
• Address concerns or escalate issues to ensure swift resolution.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal memos and client newsletters.
• Uphold and promote Property Soar's brand standards in all communications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing or administrative communication role is preferred.
