Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
