The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute various events, ensuring that every detail aligns with the company's goals and exceeds client expectations. This role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including open houses, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
  • Develop event timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials and attendee communication.
  • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and time management.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently during events.
  • Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
