We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Process and file paperwork and other documents as required.
  • Provide general support to other team members and departments as needed.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
