We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members.
- Assist in organizing events and personal tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
