Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Property Soar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory, ensuring products are stored correctly, and assisting with the timely shipment of goods. This is a hands-on role that requires physical activity and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of goods
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and accounted for
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Good communication skills
• Basic math and inventory management knowledge
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift certification preferred (training provided)
