We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Coordinator to enhance and maintain our internal and external communication strategies. This role is integral to ensuring our messaging aligns with Property Soar’s vision and values, fostering clear and effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, memos, and press releases.
  • Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media outlets, and community partners.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies for company events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Develop content for presentations, reports, and email correspondence.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor and report on communication metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication tools like Slack or Mailchimp.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
