As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. You’ll collaborate with our Events team to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, contributing to the success of our clients' special moments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand and meet their event needs.
- Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and updating timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all elements align with client expectations.
