Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline our internal and external communication strategies. In this role, you’ll ensure consistent messaging, support corporate initiatives, and act as a key liaison between teams to align with the company’s vision and goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Salary: $55,000 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans that support company objectives.
• Coordinate internal communication efforts to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters, press releases, and internal announcements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
• Organize and facilitate company meetings, events, and presentations.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and response when needed.
• Monitor and evaluate communication strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of communication tools, platforms, and technologies.
