As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our executive team. Your role will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating activities to support the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee general office organization and ensure the executive’s workspace is well-prepared.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
