As a Public Relations Assistant at Swift 7 Consultants, you will support the PR team in executing communications strategies, managing client relations, and ensuring smooth operations of public-facing campaigns. You will help craft press materials, coordinate events, and assist in media outreach to enhance the public image of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Support in organizing and coordinating events, including press conferences and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and distribute press releases to appropriate outlets.
- Conduct research to identify media opportunities for clients.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on media exposure.
- Assist in writing speeches, articles, and blog posts.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as managing schedules and assisting with client meetings.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of media relations and public relations practices is a plus.
