We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in executing successful and seamless events. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in the coordination and logistics of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating various events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, and private events.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor communications to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare event materials, signage, and presentations.
  • Assist with venue selection, catering, transportation, and other logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events.
  • Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Post-event evaluation and follow-up to gather feedback and improve future events.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for event planning
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (preferred)
