We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will assist with the daily operations, support sales representatives, and ensure a smooth workflow in the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a sales career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide necessary support to resolve any issues.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and records.
  • Handle product orders and follow up on order status.
  • Assist in generating reports and tracking sales metrics.
  • Support team members in organizing and coordinating sales events and meetings.
  • Help in managing product inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
