As an Events Assistant at Story Lane Box, you will support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. You’ll collaborate with our talented team to ensure each event exceeds client expectations while managing logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including vendor management, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Support the team in developing event timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand and meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Oversee on-site setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Monitor event progress and address any issues or emergencies that arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of events, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and solutions.
