Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Nexmos Design. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our brand and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, support content creation, and ensure smooth communication across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, etc.).
• Analyze marketing data to improve strategies and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate events and promotions to engage potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Help maintain and update marketing materials, both online and offline.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deadlines for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and assist in strategy adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
