Job Description:
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team and help ensure effective communication both within our company and with external stakeholders. In this role, you will manage internal and external communications, ensuring that the company’s messages are clear, engaging, and consistent. You will be an integral part of our team, supporting marketing efforts, PR campaigns, and helping shape the voice of Nexmos Design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate and oversee the creation of all written communications, including press releases, newsletters, and client updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of presentations, reports, and company announcements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Organize and manage company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communications or public relations, preferably within a design or creative agency.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of content management systems and email marketing tools is a plus.
