Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve inquiries in a timely manner will play a key role in maintaining Nexmos Design’s reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide detailed information about our products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Proactively gather feedback from customers to help improve our services.
• Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a related role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
