We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve tenant concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist clients with property-related questions and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer needs.
  • Provide support during property inspections and tenant onboarding.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
