Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in organizing and coordinating professional events, ensuring every detail is seamlessly executed. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment needs.
• Support vendor management, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure event goals are met.
• Monitor event timelines and budgets, addressing challenges proactively.
• Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
